APPOINTMENT POLICY

Purpose: This policy is established to ensure effective and efficient use of time for both our clients and our staff. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Clients must cancel their appointment at least 48 Hours prior to their scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • A cancellation fee of $35 will be charged for appointments canceled less than 48 Hours  before the scheduled time.

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies or serious circumstances at the discretion of salon management.

 

Late Arrival Policy:
  • Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late for their appointment may be required to reschedule, to ensure that we can provide the best service without disrupting the appointments of other clients.

  • If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, the appointment may be shortened to fit into the scheduled time slot, but the client will be responsible for the full service fee.

 

Rescheduling Policy:
  • Clients wishing to reschedule their appointment are requested to provide at least 48 Hour notice.

  • Rescheduling within 24 Hours of the appointment may incur a fee of $35.

 

No-Show Policy:
  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without a prior cancellation notice will be considered a no-show.

  • A no-show fee of 50% Percentage of Service Cost will be charged.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future services or may lead to refusal of service.
